Advertisement – Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. You have to select a plan according to your wish from our below-mentioned advertisement packages, (i.e., BRONZE-I, II, SILVER-I, II & GOLD-I, II).

2. Our plans, pricing & advertisement banner placement are fixed as per the rules. No further negotiation/ modifications are allowed either pricing or ad placement.

3. We make no guarantee that when you advertise on our website you will get a specific amount of sales, traffic, and leads. It completely depends on the interest of the visitors to our website.

4. We always try to maintain our website’s uptime up to 100%, But in case our website gets down due to any technical problem, then you have to give us at least 48 hours to fix this issue. We will add the downtime time after your ad’s expiration, e.g. If your ad expiration date is 01-05-2030 (12 AM) and our website was down for 2 hours within your ad cycle then we will simply add 2 hours extra after your ad expiration time 01-05-2030 (12 AM).

5. Ads Banner Size/ Resolution/ Format must be in the following category:-

[Banner: Leaderboard (Resolution 728×90 – Size: Min 30kb & Max 50kb, – Format/ Extension: jpg/ jpeg)]
[Banner: Medium Rectangle (Resolution 300×250 – Size: Min 70kb & Max 100kb, – Format/ Extension: jpg/ jpeg)]
[Banner: Half Page AD (Resolution 300×600 – Size: Min 100kb & Max 150kb – Format/ Extension: jpg/ jpeg)]

6. You have to send your banner with the above size/ resolution/ format (As per the plan you have chosen), if you are unable to make the banner then we can make it for you, (No Charges Required).

7. The following payment options are only accepted for payment: (UPI/ IMPS/ PayPal). You must send us the screenshot/ transection id of your successful payment for further process.

8. The advertisement fees are non-refundable so once you have paid the advertisement fees for your banner ads then the money/ fees (non-refundable) will not be refunded to you under any circumstances.

9. If there is any blank advertisement (Banner) place is available on our website then, We may use Google Adsense or other third-party ads with your (Sponsored) ads.

10. All of the Chats (Messages), Emails & Voice Calls done by you (Advertiser) and our team (Silchar Jobs) will be recorded as avoidance to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

11. We will inform you about the expiration of your advertisement just before 3 days from the date of expiration of your ad, so if you want to increase/ extend your duration then you must reply to us within 3 days.
