The Education Department of Assam has launched (Assam Teacher Transfer Management System) a new web portal named “Teacher Transfer Management System” for all the teachers who are willing to transfer from one place to another. The goal of this portal is to prevent corruption and speed up the process by digitizing it and ensuring that the Pupil-Teacher Ratio (PTR) is maintained in schools.
All the teachers of the Assam Government’s Lower Primary & Senior Secondary Schools are now able to submit their transfer requests online in the form of a web application on the department’s official website (Assam Teacher Transfer Management System) using this new digital approach for smooth implementation of transfer and other services.

How To Submit Application On Assam Teacher Transfer Management System
» Service Profile Details
He or she must register and submit their service profile details in the Assam Teacher Transfer Management System (TTMS) within the timeframe specified for this purpose. They will be allowed to enter a preference for transfer only after they have submitted the service profile details.
Steps To Submit Service Profile Details –
› Visit the “Submit Service Profile” link, given below
› The official TTMS web portal will open
› Click on the “Create Account” button
› Enter essential details – Name, Email, Gender, DOB, Phone No & Password – and hit the Submit button
› Now, again click on the “Submit Service Profile” link, and log in by using your credentials
› After logging in you have to fill in your personal details whatever has been asked –
› Submit your form after entering your personal details correctly
» Documents to be uploaded in TTMS Portal
All teachers who want to be transferred or posted to their chosen places must upload a copy of the following documentation –
- TET Marksheet cum Certificate
- D.El.Ed. or B.Ed Marksheet
- HSSLC Marksheet
- Graduation Marksheet
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Appointment Letter
The maximum size of each supporting document should not exceed 300KB.
NOTE: Uploading of TET Marksheet cum Certificate, and OD.El.Ed. or B.Ed Marksheet is not required for teachers who joined before September 3, 2001.
» Photograph & Signature
Teachers must submit one clear passport-size photograph as well as a scanned signature copy. Each file should be no more than 50 KB in size.
