Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Indian government, government entities, or the AICTE.
Desirable Qualification/ Certification: As mentioned below –
- 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management
- Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDA
Work Experience: As mentioned below –
- Minimum of two years experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with public/ private/ foreign banks/ broking firms/ security firms/ asset management firms It is desirable to have extensive knowledge and experience in mutual funds and insurance.
- Proficiency/ knowledge in local language/ area/ market/ clients is desirable.

Work Experience: As mentioned below –
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with public/ private/ foreign banks/ broking firms/ security firms/ asset management firms.
- 1.5 years experience selling/ servicing high-value financial products using digital channels (telephone, video, or the web).
Age Limit: Min 23 Years & Max 35 Years (as on 01.11.2021)
Selection Process For Bank Of Baroda RM Jobs 2021
Selection will be based on shortlisting and subsequent round of Personal Interviews and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.
Minimum Qualifying marks for UR/EWS Candidates shall be 60% of the Marks and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates, the same shall be 55% of the Marks. However, the Bank reserves the right to modify the Minimum Qualifying Marks at any stage. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common mark at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
