The selection process will comprise of Online Test followed by a personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the online test. The online test will be objective in nature and the IDBI Bank AM Admit Card 2021 is likely to be released on 27th August 2021.

Duration: Composite time of 2 hours
(a) The applicants will be called for the Online Test based on the information provided by them in the online application form, subject to scrutiny at a later date.
(b) Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
(c) The applicants, who are successful in the Online test, would be called for a personal interview. During the interview, the candidates will have the option to answer the questions in Hindi or English. Applicants qualifying for the personal interview shall be considered for final shortlisting.
(d) The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on the applicant’s marks in the interview, Online test, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification and successful completion of the course and award of certificate by Manipal University/ Nitte University as stipulated in the advertisement.
