- A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or a full-time Master’s Degree in any discipline with an aggregate minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University, or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Candidates possessing the qualification of Chartered Accountant/CMA/Company Secretary may also apply.

Desirable: Good grasp of market risk, liquidity management, and/or operational risk, with analytics exposure being a plus.
Age Limit: 30 to 45 years. SC/ST applicants get a 5-year age relaxation, OBC candidates get a 3-year age relaxation, and PWD candidates get 10-year age relaxation.
