➤ Deputy Project Manager (Electrical)

Educational Qualification: Full-Time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Experience: 03 years of work experience Design, engineering, erection, and commissioning of HT/LT switch gears, transformers, motors, PLC-based panels, lighting, automatic power factor correction equipment, cable engineering, and electrical system engineering are all required skills. Preparation of design documentation/ calculations, schematic layout drawings, cable schedules, and cable layouts, including ventilation system/ lighting equipment, Tel Network, CCTV, HVAC, PA, Fire ALARM System, BMS/ Automation System, and so on, are among the design operations.
Experience with technical specifications, bill of quantities estimation for buildings and industrial structures, and basic cost calculation based on central / state PWD rates, including market-rate analysis. Tendering, technical review/review of vendor documents, and expertise dealing with contract conditions. Preparation of a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Field Quality Plan (FQP) for various construction materials necessary for Electrical, inspection/witnessing of tests, and delivery of products in accordance with the QAP at the manufacturer’s works.
Measuring and certifying the work done on the job site. Creating a construction timeline and keeping track of the cost and time it takes to complete electrical work. Post-construction experience, including DLP and system operation and maintenance. Candidates who are familiar with and skilled in the use of computers will be given preference.

Experience: 06 years of experience in the PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure fields. The candidate should have relevant experience in construction-related activities such as earthwork, piling, roadwork, underground piping, building works, RCC works, such as deep foundations, foundations for heavy equipment, structural steelworks for industrial buildings, technological structures, and large-scale civil engineering projects, among others.
The candidate should have experience with contracts and project closure. Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System standards and HSE requirements at project locations will be advantageous. Alternatively, the applicant should have expertise with design, coordination with diverse parties such as clients, consultants, and contractors, estimation, tendering, rate analysis, and contract management of construction projects, among other things. Knowledge of the CPWD contract conditions and specifications will be advantageous.
