Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have the follow educational qualification for Sports Authority Of India Recruitment 2020
- MBBS/ Masters in Medical Physiology/ Human Physiology/ Sports and Exercise Physiology.
Criteria For Interview:
The total applications received, short listing of candidates to provide an optimum ratio for
the interview will be carried out on following basis:
- Categories of evaluation: Higher Educational Qualification
- Max marks: 10 Marks
- Scoring of marks: PhD in Physiology or MD Physiology
- Categories of evaluation: Total Work experience
- Max marks: 10 Marks
- Scoring of marks: 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of work experience as as Physiologist upto a maximum of 10 marks
- Categories of evaluation: Work experience in sports establishment
- Max marks: 10 Marks
- Scoring of marks: Additional 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of
work experience as Physiologist at a recognized State/ National level sports organization (Govt. or Private) working with teams/ players upto a maximum of 10 marks.
Interview Process:
The Interview process for Sports Authority Of India Recruitment 2020.
- The interview will be of 100 marks
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and assessed as follows:
- Category for evaluation: Domain Expertise
- Maximum marks (100marks): 30 Marks
- Category for evaluation: Practical application of Physiology in sports
- Maximum marks (100marks): 30 Marks
Work Experience:
Documents claiming work experience must clearly mention the following:
- Name of the establishment.
- Signature of competent authority/issuing authority clearly stating their position of authority in the organization.
- Duration of work experience.
- The field in which the candidate has worked Or the post held in the establishment.

Pay Scale:
Monthly remuneration will be decided on the basis of expertise and performance of the candidates in the interview and on the recommendation of the Selection Board. Based on the recommendation the candidates will be placed in three grades as follows:
- Exercise Physiologist (Grade III): 80,000/- to 1,00,000/-
- Exercise Physiologist (Grade II): 60,000/- to 80,000/-
- Exercise Physiologist (Grade I): 40,000/- to 60,000/-
