- POST: Public Health Specialist (Grade III)
Educational Qualification:
- A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
- Post-Graduate degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B of Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Social & Preventive Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine(Community Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine (Health Administration); or Doctor of Medicine( Community Health Administration); or Diplomate National Board(Social and Preventive Medicine); or Diplomate National Board(Community Medicine); or Diplomate National Board(Health Administration); or Diplomate National Board(Community Health Administration) or three years’ Master of Public Health; or Diploma in Public Health; or Diploma in Industrial Health; or Diploma in Tropical Medicine; or Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.
Experience: At least three years experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post- Graduate degree or 5 years experience in the Speciality after obtaining the Post- Graduate Diploma.

Category: SC-01, ST-02, OBC-04, UR-10 and PH-01
Pay Scale: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
- POST: Assistant Professor/Sr. Tutor
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Nursing of a recognized University or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse and Midwife.
Experience: About 5 years experience in Nursing of which 3 years should be either in Public Health Teaching or Nursing Service.

Category: ST-01
Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
- POST: Medical Officer
Educational Qualification:
A recognized Medical qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Medical qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Experience: Two years professional experience for UPSC Recruitment 2020.

Category: SC-01 and UR-01
Pay Scale: : Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
- POST: Staff Nurse
Educational Qualification:
- Passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board or University.
- Grade ‘A’ (Three Years) Diploma/Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery or Degree in Nursing from a recognized University or Institution.
- Registration with Indian/ State Nursing Council.
Age: 30
Category: SC-01 and UR-01
Pay Scale: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
- POST: Assistant Director
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
Experience: Three years’ experience in the field of public relations or publicity or administrative work including two years’ experience in the field of tourism and hospitality in the Central Government or State Government or Union territories or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognised research institutions or semi-government or statutory or autonomous organisations or recognised educational institutions or listed private organisations.
Desirable: Diploma or Certificate of foreign language course (other than English) for a minimum period of six months.
Age: 30
Category: SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02, EWS-01, UR-08 and PH-01
Pay Scale: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Application Fee:
- Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only for UPSC Recruitment 2020 either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card.
- No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/ OBC/ EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee for UPSC Recruitment 2020.
- Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.
- Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
